Salt Tabs

Given the heat I was planning to use salt tabs. Are they usually used on both the bike & run or just the run? Is there much variation among brands?

Checkout www.e-caps.com. I use the Endurolytes and think they are great. I've never had a problem with cramping while using them.
Good Luck

I whole-heartedly second that opinion on the e-caps. I take 2 every hour on the hour for any distances from 1/2 IM to full IM. They are absolutely the hot set-up.
