Relay Team Info

This is not a suggestion but a question or two for relay teams. Since this is the first time we've entered a race we're trying to get some details and rules concerning the transition area. Do we get this info only the night before the race at the meeting? Maybe some "Do's and Don'ts would help. With no experience in a race we are looking to avoid as many mistakes as possible.
