Is it hot in Panama City in May? I'm from NY where it's still fairly cool in May.

very hot. most of the run course is not shaded at all and the sun is pounding you almost the entire time.

They don't call it Gulf Roast for nothing.
I haven't done the race since about 05, but I believe it was over 100 on the run course in 2002 and 2003.
