I was going to put something here and you beat me!!! I felt so sorry for this forum page! So.... run.... I like my Mizunos. I like them better than my old New Balance as I remember the names better than the numbers and my Mizunos are FAST and LIGHT! I like to run but it hurts sometimes... like marathons and especially when it comes at the end of an IronMan!!! Cheesy HHHuuummmm... running burns lotsa calories! This is good. Cheesy One of the best parts of running is walking when you're finished!!! Good luck all! Allen

I'll bet a million dollars that you will NOT get bitten by a shark, on the run.

thanks for comforting me! now back to running, hydrate, use gels every 40 minutes or so, and walking thru the water stops helps me. smile! and encourage the other participants around you.
also repeat positive affirmations to yourself.

I run until I can't run anymore. No walking.
We'll see how this goes in the heat. My plan is to bike fast and see what happens on the run. Just for fun.

Paul

See you guys Friday.

Damn, a 30 foot shark....really?
And some guy is beting that you'll get bite by one?HuhHuh?
And jellyfish, too? Is there alot of jellyfish? Do they hurt when they sting.
Whose crazy idea was it to go for a swim at 6:15 am with a 30 foot shark and a school of jellyfish? ( If jellyfish go to school, why do they just float around?Huh?)
